The company operating this website is identified below. The Tax ID (NIF/CIF) and the Registro Mercantil registration data are shown as pending because the company was recently incorporated (5 August 2026) and these are being finalised; they will be published here once available. This notice should be reviewed by a qualified Spanish lawyer before public launch and does not constitute legal advice.

In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying details of the owner of this website are provided:

- Email: info@spafindo.com (contact address pending).
- Commercial Registry: Registro Mercantil de Málaga (registration in progress; Volume, Folio and Sheet to be added once inscribed).
- Incorporation: Incorporated by public deed granted before the Notary of Fuengirola, Mr Fernando Jesús Granado Vera, on 5 August 2026 (protocol no. 4,971).
- Activity: Operation of an online marketplace platform for the reservation of private spa and sauna suites by the hour in Spain (CNAE 7990 — reservation services).
1.1 Our role: intermediary platform
Spafindo is an intermediary marketplace. The spa and sauna services are provided directly by independent third-party venues (the "Venues"), which act as the sole service providers. Spafindo facilitates the discovery, booking and payment of those services but is not the operator of the facilities and is not a party to the underlying service contract between you and the Venue.
1.2 Hosting and liability (Art. 16 LSSI)
In accordance with Article 16 LSSI, Spafindo is not responsible for content or listings provided by Venues of which it has no actual knowledge of unlawfulness. Where we become aware of unlawful content, we will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it. To report content, write to info@spafindo.com.
2. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) and dispute resolution
In accordance with the consumer regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers. You can request them by email at info@spafindo.com and they will be provided in electronic format. Consumers may also seek out-of-court resolution through the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) and the consumer authorities of the Junta de Andalucía.
3. Governing law
These notices are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts corresponding to the consumer's domicile where mandatory consumer-protection rules so require. Consumers may also turn to Spain's official consumer arbitration bodies (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo).
