Yes. When you book, the entire spa & sauna suite is yours alone for your chosen hours. There are no shared changing rooms, no other guests and no staff inside the space during your session. You arrive, the door is yours, and the time is entirely your own.

Every booking includes private use of the sauna and spa facilities listed for that venue (typically sauna, hydro pool or jacuzzi and a relaxation area), fresh towels, robes where offered, water or herbal infusions, and a freshly prepared, sanitised suite for your arrival. Optional extras such as champagne, rose petals or massage are shown at checkout when available.

Each venue page lists parking details — most offer free on-site or nearby street parking. After booking you receive an arrival guide by email with the exact address, access instructions and a phone number. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so your full hour is spent relaxing, not finding the door.

Yes. Many suites offer romantic add-ons such as chilled cava or champagne, a fruit and chocolate platter, rose petal turndown or an in-suite couples massage. Available extras appear during booking — just tick what you would like and it will be ready when you arrive.

Accessibility varies by venue, as many are in characterful Costa del Sol buildings. Each venue page notes step-free access and adapted facilities where available. If you have specific mobility, medical or sensory needs, contact us before booking and we will help you find the most suitable suite.

Completely. Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading European provider, using bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your full card number. All transactions follow PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication, so your bank may ask you to confirm with a code or your banking app for extra protection.

Always. Your details are used only to manage your reservation and are handled in line with GDPR. We never sell your data, your booking is discreet, and confirmations are sent only to the email you provide. Your time with us stays between you and us.

Our cancellation policy is the same across the platform. Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your slot; no refund within 24 hours of the slot. Because a private suite is held exclusively for you at a fixed date and time, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Act) does not apply to leisure services scheduled for a specific date. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.

Heat exposure in the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi is not advised during pregnancy, with certain heart conditions, or under the influence of alcohol. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor before booking. Sessions are for guests aged 18 and over.
