Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no charge to list. You only pay a commission when we bring you a paid booking — if we send you nothing, you pay nothing.
I already keep my own diary. Do I have to switch?
No. In your Spafindo dashboard you can block out any dates so they're never offered, keeping your availability accurate alongside your own diary. Deeper calendar integrations are on our roadmap.
Will Spafindo undercut my own bookings?
No. You set your own prices and decide which hours to open — typically the off-peak slots you weren't filling anyway. We never discount your brand, and the free diary covers your direct bookings too.
What happens if a guest doesn't show up?
Every booking is prepaid, and our cancellation policy applies — full refund more than 24 hours before the slot, and no refund within 24 hours, which protects the time you set aside. We're glad to discuss how no-shows are handled for your venue.
Who handles payments, support and the calendar?
We do. Spafindo collects prepayment, manages guest communication, and prevents double bookings automatically. You prepare the suite and welcome your guests.
How quickly can I go live?
Most venues are reviewed within 48 hours and live within a few days of sending photos and pricing. We build the listing for you, so the work on your side is minimal.
